Santos Miller & Associados does recruitment processes for accounting and auditing related posts, across all levels of seniority. The recruitment process takes place by selecting, from our pool of CVs and Network, the right profile candidates for the client. We interview the candidates by using Technical questions, thus fully assessing the candidate's knowledge and ability to perfom its tasks.
At least two to three candidates will be shorlisted and their profiles are presented to the Client. The Client interviews the short listed candidates and placement is made if Client is satisfied with candidates.
We find that through technical interviews give a much complete picture of the candidates knowledge and abilities to perform the tasks required by the Client.
We also provide assistance, in assessing the knowledge levels of your current staff, in the above areas, as a tool to advise training and tools you can offer to your staff, thus improving the general and technical knowledge in your business.
